Flint Grove Penelope

Flint Grove Penelope is a handsome puppy with a soft white coat, the exception being a very cute brown spot on his bum. He's a master of the slow tail wag and will delight you with his silly puppy antics and affectionate spirit. Estimated to be around 3 months old and weighing just over 22 pounds, Penelope might be a Labrador / Shepherd mix, but as a rescue, his breed and age are our best guess. What's certain is that this sweet pup is ready for a home filled with love and affection! Penelope is currently in a foster home with his nine siblings, so he knows how to play. He's gently curious and eager to investigate everything, making him a natural explorer. Penelope loves all toys, especially stuffed ones, and doesn't discriminate between dog or cat toys – he'll love them all! His silly and goofy spirit is sure to win you over.

Ideal Home

Penelope has an easy-going nature that makes him a great fit for many types of homes. He enjoys being around people and learning new things.

Ongoing Health

Penelope is up-to-date on all vetting, including DAPP with booster, Bordetella, Rabies vaccine, multiple broad-spectrum deworming treatments, and flea prevention. He is also microchipped with free lifetime registration and will receive a 12-month injectable heartworm preventative.

Training & Support

Penelope is food-motivated, which will make future training easier. He is young and will benefit from continued guidance, training, and positive reinforcement as he grows.

Transportation

Penelope is located in Texas and can be transported nationwide via our rescue's USDA-certified transport system. Transport includes drop-off locations in WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, and Canada (with pick-up options in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY, or Brattleboro, VT for Canadian adopters). You will have the opportunity to track his journey in real time and receive photo updates. Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.
