Lainey-20lb 5 yo girl!

Hi, my name is Lainey! I'm an approximately 5-year-old, 20lb girl who appears to be a Shih Tzu. I was surrendered with a few other dogs and we are all looking for our forever homes. I'm a quiet and a little shy, but I'm not aggressive at all. It seems like we were used for breeding, and we are so ready to experience the life little dogs like us deserve with a loving family. The trainer here says I need to "learn to be a dog," and I'm excited to learn what that means! I will need some help with potty and leash training, as those weren't priorities before. I am dog-friendly, so perhaps having a canine companion will help me adjust and learn!

Ideal Home

A home where I can learn to be a dog and experience love. A canine sibling might help me learn and feel more comfortable.

Ongoing Health

My adoption fee includes a vet exam, vaccinations, spay, a much-needed dental cleaning, deworming, a negative heartworm test, and a microchip.

Training & Support

I will need patient guidance with potty and leash training. I'm ready to learn what it means to be a cherished pet!
