Banana has received all age-appropriate vaccinations, including Parvovirus, Distemper, Adenovirus, Parainfluenza, Bordetella, Leptospirosis, and Rabies. He has also been tested for heartworm, Lyme's disease, Anaplasmosis, and Ehrlichiosis. He's been microchipped and is up-to-date on deworming and flea/tick treatment. Banana has been spayed and his nails have been trimmed.
