Meet Flacko!

Flacko is an 8-month-old, neutered male German Shepherd Dog mix who currently weighs around 40lbs. This handsome boy is a certified good boy who absolutely loves people and other dogs! He's eager to please and is a quick learner, making him a joy to train. After a fun-filled play session, Flacko loves to snuggle and show off his belly for some love. He's also a huge fan of pool time and can entertain himself with his favorite toys. Flacko is house and crate trained, and he's ready to win your heart and grow up in a loving forever home.

Ideal Home

Flacko would do well in a home with a human sibling to play with. He can be a bit enthusiastic with cats, so he may not be the best fit for households with kitties who prefer a calmer coexistence. He would also benefit from an experienced adopter who can help him navigate the world with confidence. Due to his puppy manners, he would need to be supervised around smaller children.

Flacko is neutered and up to date on his vaccinations.

Training & Support

Flacko is working on his puppy manners, specifically jumping and pulling on the leash. Consistent training and supervision will help him master these skills.

Transporation

Flacko is currently in a foster home in Houston, TX. He can be transported out of state once an approved adopter is found. Transports run every few weeks.
