Red

Meet Red, a 3-year-old Cattle Dog mix weighing around 50 pounds. Red is a bundle of joy and energy, always ready for an adventure! He came to us after his beloved owner passed away, and he's been thriving in his foster home, learning all about indoor life. Red is a total lovebug who enjoys cuddling and soaking up all the affection you have to give. He's also quite the character and loves to greet people by standing up and leaning in for love – it's his signature move!

Ideal Home

Red would love an active home where he can continue learning, playing, and being a cherished member of the family. He enjoys play sessions with other dogs and romping in the yard. While he's never lived with children, he's shown himself to be friendly towards neighborhood kids.

Ongoing Health

Red is a healthy boy with no known health conditions.

Training & Support

Red is crate and potty trained and will let you know when he needs to go out. He knows basic commands like "sit" and "lay down." He's still working on leash training, as he didn't have much experience before coming into foster care, but he is eager to learn and please. Before his foster home, Red lived outdoors and was calm around passersby.
