Fern

Meet Fern, a sweet and gentle girl who's ready to blossom in a loving home. She's an adult, approximately 20 pounds, and a beautiful mix of Australian Shepherd and Chihuahua. Fern came to us from a hoarding situation and, shortly after arriving, became a mom to four adorable pups! She nurtured them in a wonderful foster home, and now that her babies have all found their forever families, it's her turn for some well-deserved love and attention.

Ideal Home

Fern is a very special girl who is quite fearful and needs a quiet, predictable environment where she can learn to trust. A securely fenced yard with privacy is an absolute must for her to feel safe and secure as she gains confidence.

Ongoing Health

Fern is spayed and up-to-date on her vaccinations.

Training & Support

Fern is house-trained and ready to settle into a routine. Given her past experiences, patience and understanding will be key to helping her adjust. Gentle introductions and consistent positive reinforcement will help her thrive.
