Meet Idgie, a stunning 3-year-old Catahoula Leopard Dog mix who weighs around 62 pounds. She's spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, and all her medical care is up-to-date, making her all set for her forever home! Idgie has a gentle and captivating presence, with soulful eyes that just draw you in. She's a devoted companion who forms deep bonds with her people.

Ideal Home

Idgie would love a home with another dog of similar size, as she truly thrives with a canine friend. She's also cat friendly and has been wonderful with children of all ages, showing a calm and gentle nature. A secure yard with at least 6-foot fencing is recommended, as she can be a bit of an escape artist.

Ongoing Health

Idgie is in excellent health and has all her vaccinations and is spayed.

Training & Support

Idgie is fully housebroken and crate trained, comfortable in her crate for up to nine hours. She sleeps soundly through the night without a peep. Idgie does exhibit some resource guarding specifically around her food bowl, so she is fed separately from other pets. This has been easily managed, and she has no issues with treats, toys, or bones. She enjoys playtime but also loves to relax and cuddle, making her a well-rounded companion.
