Ember

Ember is a happy, playful, and slightly naughty 37-pound girl who is about 1.5 years old. She was found emaciated but has made a wonderful recovery and is now thriving in her foster home. Ember loves to chase lizards and rabbits, and she's very interested in playing with other dogs and cats, though she's still learning to be gentle. She's house-trained, crate-trained, great in the car, and walks well on a leash. She knows basic commands like "no," "off," "inside," and "outside." Ember enjoys playing with toys and is very treat-motivated – she's a big fan of pup cups!

Ideal Home

Ember's high energy and playfulness suggest she would do best in a family with children.

Ongoing Health

Ember has an old leg injury, but she is managing well with pain medication as needed. She is fully vaccinated and spayed.

Training & Support

Ember is house-trained and crate-trained and knows several basic commands. She's still learning to play gently with other animals.
