Meet Freya, a 7-month-old Cane Corso with a resilient spirit and so much love to give! Despite a rough start, Freya's strength, adaptability, and sweetness shine through. She's deaf, but it doesn't hold her back from enjoying life. Freya is smart, observant, and learning the world in her own unique way. She's developing into a loyal, affectionate, and deeply connected companion, embodying the loving presence and protective nature of her breed. Freya strikes a wonderful balance between enjoying active playtime and adventures, and happily cuddling up on the couch. She's good with other dogs and thrives on positive social interaction and continued confidence-building.

Ideal Home

Freya is looking for a patient and committed family willing to embrace her special needs and continue her training and structure.

Ongoing Health

Freya has hearing loss and angular limb deformity/carpal valgus in her forelimbs. Her prognosis is fair to good with proper management. Her adopters should be prepared for ongoing veterinary follow-up, orthopedic monitoring, maintaining a lean weight, joint supplements, a large breed puppy diet, and future dental evaluations.

Training & Support

Freya benefits from continued training and structure. Positive social interaction and confidence-building are also recommended.
