Otis is a handsome boy, around 2 years old, who was rescued from a high-kill shelter in Texas. He absolutely loves his toys and chew toys, and enjoys going for walks. Otis is a sweet and playful companion who wants to be by your side. He's already dog-friendly and would love to have a canine sibling to play with, but he'd also be happy as the only dog.
