Rusty

Rusty is a very sweet boy with a lot of energy and a big heart! He's approximately 5-6 years old and ready to bring his zest for life to his forever home. Rusty loves to play fetch and needs an active family to keep up with his enthusiasm. He's also great with kids!

Ideal Home

Rusty would thrive in an active home with a fenced-in yard where he can safely play fetch. He is selective with dogs, preferring to be the center of attention, so a home where he can be the sole canine companion would be ideal.

Ongoing Health

Rusty is currently on medication to help manage severe separation anxiety. His adopter should be familiar with this condition and prepared to provide continued support.

Training & Support

While Rusty is house-trained, his adopter will need to provide ongoing support and understanding for his separation anxiety. An adopter experienced with this condition will be best equipped to help Rusty feel secure and happy.
