Akira

Akira is a young, large Bouvier des Flandres with a fawn coat, natural ears, and a docked tail. He is affectionate, athletic, and loves kisses. Having spent most of his life in an outdoor kennel, Akira is ready for patient guidance as he learns the routines of daily life.

Ideal Home

Akira is good with other dogs and people. His compatibility with cats is unknown, and caution around children is recommended because of his size.

Ongoing Health

Akira is up to date on vaccinations and is not yet neutered. A $500 refundable neuter deposit is required, in addition to the $500 adoption fee, and is returned after proof of neuter.

Training & Support

Akira is rambunctious and needs basic obedience classes along with continued socialization. Recommended socialization includes walks, car rides, exposure to people, and becoming comfortable with everyday routines—not dog-park play.
