Chiquita

Chiquita is a stunning 2.5-year-old Husky cross with unique coloring and captivating caramel eyes. She has overcome a challenging start in life, from wandering as a puppy to surviving a hurricane, and now resides at the SPCA PV sanctuary, eagerly awaiting her forever home. Chiquita is a loving girl who leans in for snuggles and melts for belly rubs, especially from new people. She enjoys playing with puppies, drawing energy from their youthful spirit. While she can be selective with other dogs, this is common for her age, and she would likely thrive as the sole canine companion in her new home. Chiquita has also shown to be a bit excited around cats during visits, and due to her early life experiences, she hasn't been exposed to children or large crowds. As a larger dog, she would be happiest in a home outside of a busy city. Chiquita weighs 55lbs, is spayed, vaccinated, and in good health.

Ideal Home

Chiquita would love a home with outdoor space in a cooler climate, as Mexico can be quite warm for a Husky cross. She would also prefer a home outside of a big city and would likely do best as the only dog.

Chiquita can be a bit excited around cats. She hasn't had exposure to children or large crowds.
