Nigirizushi aka Buddy - in foster!

Nigirizushi (or, if that’s too much of a mouthful, Buddy) is a special puppy, currently just 12lbs but we expect him to be a medium-sized adult once he’s fully grown. Whatever his previous experiences may have been, Nigirizushi would benefit from a household ready to help him navigate the big, overwhelming world and build his confidence, as he finds most new experiences scary.

Here’s what Nigirizushi’s foster mom had to say about him: "He adores his toys, gets along well with other dogs, and loves being outside... He's a sensitive soul and still very timid around people... With patience, consistency, and positive experiences, he's slowly learning that the world isn’t such a frightening place. We’re still getting to know this sweet boy, but one thing is already clear: Buddy is trying hard, and we’re excited to watch his personality continue to blossom."

As a growing puppy, Nigirizushi is just starting to learn the basics. He’ll need a patient and dedicated home to guide him through training, including housebreaking, leash walking, and good manners. With consistency, positive reinforcement, and lots of love, he’s sure to grow into a loyal and well-behaved companion.
