Latte is a delightful 1-year-old, 52-pound Staffordshire Terrier/Retriever mix who is eager to please and loves learning new things. She already knows "sit" and "down," and with her treat motivation and consistent guidance, she's continuing to make great strides. Latte has shown herself to be very gentle around small children and babies, and she also does well with other dogs, including small dogs and puppies. She is fully house-trained and settles well in her crate for several hours at a time. Latte is a loving and affectionate girl who truly wants to be a good companion.
Ideal Home
An active home that can provide regular physical exercise and continued training would be ideal for Latte. She would absolutely love having another active dog to play with, as she can get very excited and bouncy around new canine friends. If she were to be the only dog in the home, she would need daily exercise and enrichment to help her thrive.
Ongoing Health
Latte is a healthy, spayed female.
Training & Support
Latte is working on her leash manners and can be a bit nervous in new environments, tending to hang back. Her foster mom is actively working on building her confidence by taking her to new places. She does not show any reaction to people or other dogs on walks. She has no issues with separation anxiety.

Transporation
Latte is currently in a foster home in Houston, Texas, and transport out of state is available. Transport runs every few weeks, and she will be on the next available transport once approved.
