Meet Lily - the definition of laid-back, loving, and completely devoted to her people! Lily is a big, goofy bulldog mix with velvety-soft fur and an even softer heart. She's one of those rare dogs who is equal parts chill companion and full-body-wiggle greeter. She's happy to lounge by your side but so excited to see you every single time you walk in the room!
Lily is incredibly social and forms deep bonds with her humans. Whether it's her favorite volunteers, shelter staff, her furlough foster, or Aunt Melissa, Lily lights up when she sees "her people." Her excitement is unmatched, and her love is constant. At home, she's the easiest kind of companion: potty trained, not destructive when left out (just don't leave treats within reach!), well-behaved, and low-maintenance. She can do great if you work outside the home as she's laid-back and content to relax while you're gone, happiest just being near you when you're home. She doesn't ask for much – just love, consistency, and a spot by your side. Of course, she still has her fun side – she loves stuffed toys, will happily roll around like a goofball, and thinks a kiddie pool is the best invention ever!
