Meet Hound Ears Bassets. Basset Hounds make the best family pet. They are great with children and adults, laid back and have great temperaments. I have 40 years experience with the Basset Hound breed. I chose to raise the Basset Hound breed being they make a wonderful family member and are both adult and children friendlly. My first Basset Hound was when I was 8 years old and fell in love with the breed ever since. As a child I was raised with beagles. We encourage all prospective puppy owners to do their research and be prepared with questions to ask the breeder. Make sure you are not only choosing the right breed for you, but also that you’re getting it from the right individual.
