Honey

Honey's name fits her perfectly. She is sweet, loyal, and full of quiet love. She was abandoned on the side of the highway and rescued just in time. Anemic, underweight, and scared, she is now healthy, vaccinated, spayed, and ready for a fresh start. This 3-year-old, 19kg Lab/Shepherd mix has a loyal heart and is incredibly smart. She's sweet with all people and has a mid-level energy. Honey is protective of her home and absolutely loves car rides. She survived being left behind, and now she deserves someone who will never leave her again. Currently living peacefully with 10 other dogs, she is more than ready for a home of her own. Honey is the kind of dog who tries her hardest to make her person happy.

Ideal Home

Honey would do best with a family that has children 10 and older. She also needs to be in a home with non-dominant dogs and no cats.

Honey is healthy, vaccinated, spayed, and ready for her new life.

Training & Support

Honey is clean and food-motivated, but she does need a little leash work.

Transporation

Honey is located near Bucerias, Mexico. Transport to the US and Canada can be arranged with flight companions. If a Canadian flight companion is unavailable during the summer months, dogs may fly into the US and be picked up at the Peace Arch Park at the border.
