Roux is estimated to be around 2 years old and is a medium-sized, 43lb Catahoula Leopard Mix. He's a very sweet and fun-loving boy whose biggest goal is to make his people happy and make them laugh. He thrives on companionship and loves every pup he meets. Roux is housebroken, crate trained (though he prefers sleeping on the bed), loves toys, and is learning to fetch. He walks well on a leash and enjoys daily walks. He's great at the vet and during bath time. While he can be a little hesitant getting into the car due to his past, he's fantastic once he's in, whether for a short trip or a long drive. Roux is great with all dogs and kids, though he can be a little excitable at times. He enjoys playful wrestling and remains submissive. He has not attempted to escape a fenced yard, and while not food aggressive, he will sneak a snack if given the chance, so food should not be left on counters or tables. Roux is fully vetted, neutered, up-to-date on all vaccines, heartworm negative, and on preventatives.

Roux would do best with a buddy that loves to play, whether canine and/or human. He craves consistency and companionship.
