Cowboy

Cowboy is a brave survivor, estimated to be around 2 years old. His past is etched into his body, a testament to the immense pain and cruelty he has endured. He was found abandoned, tied to a pole and left to suffer. Investigations revealed he had been used as a bait dog, a living target for severe abuse. Despite his horrific experiences, Cowboy is now safe and receiving the medical care he needs. He is neutered, up to date on vaccines, and has begun treatment for heartworm. While he is cautious with other dogs and takes time to warm up to men, Cowboy is on the path to recovery and deserves a safe, loving home where he can finally heal and feel secure.

Cowboy may do best as an only dog, where he can truly relax without fear. He also takes time to warm up to men.
