Holly

Holly is a beautiful 1.5-year-old Husky Cross who found herself in a heartbreaking situation. She was left tied up in freezing temperatures without food or water, and in her struggle to escape, she sustained an injury. Thankfully, a rescue partner in Northern Saskatchewan came to her aid. Soon after, Holly gave birth to her singleton puppy, Nugget, and the two share an incredibly strong bond. Holly is a sweet, gentle, and loving soul who is slowly learning to trust and blossom in a safe environment. She adores pets and belly rubs and never strays far from Nugget. Her calm and loving personality shines brighter each day with patience and love.

Ideal Home

Holly would do best in a quiet, loving home with patient and understanding people who will give her the time and reassurance she deserves. She could do well with respectful older children who understand dogs. As a husky mix, she will benefit from regular exercise, enrichment activities, nose work, learning new tricks, and interactive play. Because Holly and Nugget share such a strong bond, they are required to be adopted together. She must live as an indoor family member and will thrive in a calm, stable environment.
