Hendrix 1576

Hendrix is a sweet, innocent dog who, along with 28 other dogs, was rescued by Big Dog Ranch from a difficult situation in North Alabama. When our team arrived, we knew we had to help these dogs immediately. After a seven-hour rescue operation, all the dogs were safely brought to Big Dog Ranch. Many were scared and unsure, but never aggressive.

Now, Hendrix is safe and receiving much-needed medical care, nutritious meals, and plenty of love. He is learning to trust and discovering that gentle pets and kind voices are a good thing. Hendrix is ready to begin his next chapter in a loving forever home and share all the love he has been waiting to give.

Ideal Home

Hendrix is learning to trust and could thrive in a home that offers patience and understanding as he continues to grow.

Ongoing Health

Hendrix is receiving medical care and is up to date on vaccinations. He has been neutered.

Training & Support

Hendrix is learning to walk on a leash for the first time. He is also learning to trust human interaction. Continued patience and positive reinforcement will help him succeed in his new home.
