Meet Ashton! This handsome 4-year-old, 88-pound Yellow Labrador Retriever is ready to bring his big personality and love for fetch to a new forever home. Ashton grew up in a loving home since he was a puppy and is adjusting to shelter life after his family moved. Despite this big change, he remains a happy and energetic boy who takes everything in stride. He absolutely loves a good game of fetch and will enthusiastically bring the ball back for another throw. Ashton is a strong, sweet boy who enjoys being active and spending time with his favorite people. He's done well with other dogs at the shelter and has a large personality to match his large size.

Ashton is heartworm positive and will be receiving treatment at the shelter. Moving forward, he will need a family committed to keeping him on monthly heartworm prevention and ensuring he receives regular veterinary care to stay healthy and happy.

Ashton is a strong boy who is still learning to be aware of his size. He is a sweet dog who has done well with other dogs at the shelter.
