Sheila

Meet Sheila! This loving mama dog was found on the streets of LA, doing her very best to keep her pups safe. She was a truly wonderful and attentive mother, and now that her puppies have all found their forever homes, she's patiently waiting for a family to shower with her loyalty and love. Sheila has already made a toddler best friend and has shown us how great she is with children!

Sheila is a calm and gentle soul who gets along well with people, as long as they give her a little space to get acquainted. She hasn't had much experience with cats, but she doesn't have a strong prey drive, so we think she might be a good companion for feline friends. This petite husky mix is full grown and weighs around 50 pounds.

Ideal Home

Sheila would love a home where she can feel safe and loved. She has shown us she is great with kids and enjoys the company of calm individuals. While she hasn't met cats, her low prey drive suggests she could potentially do well in a home with feline friends.

Ongoing Health

Sheila has been spayed and vaccinated.

Training & Support

Sheila is a great mom and companion. She needs a little time to warm up to new people, so a patient approach will help her settle in.
