AUGUST

Meet August, a 2.5 year old dog mix still waiting for his forever home! August is currently our longest resident here at the shelter, having been brought in as a stray back in December of 2025. He is an active boy who loves to play with toys, other dogs, and fetch. August would benefit from some obedience training, as well as potty training, to make him the best dog that he can be in his future home. He is a happy boy always willing to say hi to people and other dogs. He is also super smart, so would enjoy activities that can engage his mind. August would be happiest in an active home that will give him the activity and attention that he deserves.
