Canyon

Canyon is a delightful male Lab X Hound mix with a birthday on January 26, 2026. He's a bundle of puppy energy and curiosity, ready to explore the world with his forever family! As a young pup, he's still learning the ropes and is "getting there" with housetraining. He's a smart boy who will thrive with consistent guidance and positive reinforcement. Canyon is sure to bring endless joy and puppy antics to his new home.

Ideal Home

Adopting a puppy is a big commitment, and Canyon will need a home that understands the lifestyle changes involved. He cannot be crated for more than 3-4 hours at a time until he's older, and puppy-proofing your home will be essential. Puppies do scratch and nip, so if you have small children, please consider if they can handle this energetic phase.

Ongoing Health

Canyon will be neutered and up-to-date on age-appropriate vaccinations prior to adoption. He is currently too young for heartworm testing, which is typically done at 6 months of age. All vaccinations required after adoption are the responsibility of the adopter.

Training & Support

Training will be incredibly important for Canyon's development. He'll need a dedicated family with the time and patience to teach him good manners and reinforce positive behaviors.
