Osita (which means little bear in Spanish) is the definition of cute, but she is also a diva with a spicy personality! Her spice level is 5/5 chili peppers, and she’s looking for someone who can handle the heat! Osita is the definition of a homebody and is looking for a fellow homebody to share her days with. She is perfectly content lounging around the house, but she also will make you laugh with her short spurts of energy. This girl lives for sprinkler time and water days! She also loves car rides, though she’s more in it for the journey and not necessarily the destination (homebody, remember)! If you’re looking for cute, cuddly, will do anything to please her people? Then Osita is NOT your girl. But if you want a lady who knows her own mind, isn’t afraid to tell you what she wants, and expects the world to bend to her will because she knows she deserves it…in other words, First Class Diva - then you have met your match!
Ideal Home
Osita prefers a quieter environment and would do best in a home without small children. She would also do best with someone who doesn’t spend a lot of time away and has a backyard she can romp around in (bonus points for a doggy door!). She has done well with other docile dogs that recognize she is the queen bee.
Ongoing Health
Osita can be a bit anxious, especially around new people. She is on anxiety medication which has really helped her to manage her daily anxiety. It is important that a potential home is willing to provide the patience and security she needs to feel confident and thrive.
