Mia

Meet Mia, a 5-year-old Chihuahua who is the undisputed queen of sunbathing, and she's got sass and opinions to spare! Mia is playful once she feels comfortable, though she's not a huge fan of other dogs. Her interactions with them tend to be more about vocalizations than actual conflict – think of it as passive-aggressive barking matches rather than intense brawls. She absolutely adores cuddles and will happily snuggle up with her favorite human once she feels safe and secure. Mia is looking for a new throne because her previous owner, an elderly woman with dementia, could no longer care for her. She previously lived with an older Chihuahua companion, Guera, and while they would love to find a retirement home together, Mia is also open to finding a home on her own. Mia has tiny legs, a big personality, and a very important daily sun schedule to keep!

Mia is house-trained. While she may bark at other dogs, it's generally not aggressive.
