Fergie - URGENT - LONGTIME RESIDENT

Fergie is a sweet 7-month-old Pit Bull Terrier who has been patiently waiting at the Kern County Animal Services shelter since May 13, 2026. She's an urgent case and desperately needs a loving home to recover and thrive. The shelter environment is challenging, with over 300 dogs housed in metal warehouses without outdoor runs, putting them at high risk. Fergie is ready to leave this stressful situation behind and find her forever family.

Fergie is currently located at Kern County Animal Services - Bakersfield Shelter. Companion Animal Protection Services (CAPS) can arrange transportation for adopters on the West Coast. Adopters are responsible for any transport fees.
