Solstice

Solstice is a sweetheart who is still a bit unsure of herself, likely due to a rough start in life. She recently arrived with eight puppies and faced the challenge of being heartworm positive. Thankfully, she's on the road to recovery, and her puppies have found their forever homes. Solstice is quiet but full of love. She's shy around new people but shows a strong desire to befriend every human and most dogs she meets. Cats tend to make her nervous, so a home without feline friends would be ideal. With a gentle hand and patience, Solstice is sure to blossom into the amazing dog we know she is.

A quieter home with a steady schedule would be best for Solstice, though she enjoys a bit of boisterous play once she's comfortable. She gets nervous around cats, so a home without them is preferred.

Solstice is recovering from heartworm.

Solstice is shy with new people but eager to make friends. A gentle hand and patience will help her build confidence.
