Chance

Chance is a handsome 4-year-old, 78lb tri-color gentleman who may seem a bit reserved as he explores his surroundings. He likes to do his own thing here at the shelter, but we have a feeling he'll blossom into a confident companion once he settles into a loving home and has some time to decompress. When he's out and about, Chance is a big fan of people and absolutely loves receiving pets and scratches. He's also a fan of balls and squeaky toys! On walks, he does best with a harness. Chance can be a bit of a linebacker when playing with other dogs, so he'd likely do best with a select group of doggy friends who enjoy a similar rough-and-tumble play style. A dog intro would be recommended to ensure a good fit.

Ideal Home

Chance would thrive in a home where he can have the space to decompress and come out of his shell. He enjoys playtime with toys and affection from people.

Training & Support

Chance does best with a harness on walks. He can be a bit of a "linebacker" with other dogs, so introductions with potential canine housemates are recommended to ensure compatibility.
