Jade & Diesel *Forever in Foster Care*

Jade and Diesel are a bonded pair of sweet, little dogs who are now in our forever foster program. They came to us a few months ago and have been doing wonderfully with their loving foster parents. Jade and Diesel must be adopted together as they share a special connection and enjoy playing with each other and the other dogs in their foster home.

Ideal Home

Jade and Diesel would thrive in a quiet, calm, adult home. As they haven't lived with children and are older dogs, a peaceful environment is best. They can be a bit vocal, so they are not suited for condo or apartment living.

Ongoing Health

Both Jade and Diesel have heart conditions and require daily heart medication (Pimobendan). They are doing well on their medication and are active, happy pups. Regular follow-up appointments with their new vet will be necessary. Diesel has undergone neutering and dentistry for rotten teeth, and has recovered well. Jade has been spayed, and her dentistry will be completed soon.

Training & Support

Jade and Diesel will need to go out frequently throughout the day for bathroom breaks to prevent accidents. It is recommended that an adopter be home for most of the day to provide them with the attention and care they need. It may take some time for them to bond with their new family.
