Lainey

Meet Lainey, a beautiful girl with a heart and soul bigger than her body! Lainey was found as a stray in November 2025 and is estimated to be around three years old. She's currently being fostered in Addison, Texas, and has truly bloomed under her foster's care. Lainey's personality is that of a gentle house hippo; she loves to nap with her stuffed animals on the couch, enjoys occasional zoomie breaks with a chew bone, and adores following her foster's two-year-old around the house. She is wonderfully dog and cat friendly, loves children, and is a dream on walks, never pulling on the leash and staying right by your side. Lainey is also very quiet, rarely barking, and her potty training is going very well, with no accidents for a long time!

Ideal Home

Lainey would prefer a home with calmer pets, as she can get nervous around loud or energetic dogs and may try to hide. Loud noises from people or toddler tantrums do not bother her.

Ongoing Health

Lainey is currently heartworm positive and undergoing treatment, which is fully covered by Mutts N Such Rescue.

Training & Support

Lainey is doing great with potty training and has had no recent accidents. She walks beautifully on a leash and rarely barks.

Transporation

Lainey is currently fostered in Texas but is available for transport to a predetermined location agreed upon by the rescue.
