Doody aka Dodie

Meet Dodie! This handsome fellow is a Poodle/American Eskimo Dog mix, with a suspected Cattle Dog dad. Dodie can be a bit shy and has a curious, yet sometimes grumpy, side. He's learning to embrace his playful spirit and loves to wrestle with his siblings. He'll happily come over for a quick head rub before heading off to do his own thing. Dodie really enjoys a good belly rub and is also content enjoying his own space. He has shown he can play gently with the smaller dogs in his current foster home.

Ideal Home

Dodie is looking for a patient and understanding foster home that can continue to work with his shyness, separation anxiety, and socialization skills. He'll also benefit from more basic training. It's important that Dodie be separated from his siblings to help him continue on the right path.

Ongoing Health

Dodie's adoption fee of $175.00 includes his neuter surgery, age-appropriate vaccines, and microchip.

Training & Support

Dodie is still working on his shyness, separation anxiety, and socialization skills. He would benefit from continued basic training and needs to be separated from his siblings to progress.
