Meet Liv Livie, a true love bug who embodies happiness, cuddliness, and playfulness all in one adorable package! Estimated to be around 1 to 2 years old, Liv is a delightful "mystery mix" with a heart full of love. Her unique features, including tiny legs, a long body, floppy ears, and a permanently smiling face, make her one of the cutest companions you'll ever meet. Liv’s foster describes her as a total lap dog who thrives on being close to her people, enjoying cuddles and kisses. She gets along wonderfully with dogs of all kinds and loves to initiate play with adorable bows. Liv is also a very smart cookie, already crate and potty trained and a quick learner, especially when treats are involved. She enjoys a variety of toys, with balls being her absolute favorite, and has a fun-loving time chasing water from the hose.
Ideal Home
Liv would thrive in a home with a yard where she can run, play fetch, and enjoy outdoor adventures. She has also done well on leash and could potentially adapt to apartment living in the right environment. While Liv has met dogs of all sizes and showed respect towards a cat, a brief overnight cat test is recommended for homes with resident cats due to her initial cautiousness.
Ongoing Health
Liv is up-to-date on all her vetting, which includes DAPP vaccination with booster, Bordetella, Rabies vaccine, multiple broad-spectrum deworming treatments, spay/neuter, flea prevention, and a 12-month injectable heartworm preventative. She has also been tested for heartworm and received treatment if needed.
Training & Support
Liv is already crate trained, potty trained, and knows how to use a doggy door. She is a quick learner and enjoys training, especially with the motivation of high-value treats.

Transporation
Liv is located in Texas. We facilitate adoptions nationwide using our rescue run USDA certified transport system. Transport includes drop-off locations in WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI, and Canada (pickup in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY, or Brattleboro, VT for Canadian adopters). A surcharge of $87 applies for transportation. Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.
