Meet Ranger Journey! Ranger is a handsome and sweet 2-month-old puppy who weighs approximately 8.6 lbs. We believe he may be a Pit Bull/Lab mix, but in rescue, it's always our best guess! Ranger is the definition of a baby puppy who fully embraces the "play hard, nap harder" lifestyle. He loves his toys, playing with his siblings, and joining in on puppy wrestling matches, but he also knows the value of a good nap, often falling asleep within seconds of playtime ending. When he's awake, Ranger is incredibly affectionate and enjoys spending time with people, happiest when he's getting attention, cuddles, or simply hanging out near his humans.
Ideal Home
Ranger will need a family committed to training, socialization, routine, and patience. Establishing structure, boundaries, and positive experiences early on will help him grow into a confident, well-rounded adult dog.
Ongoing Health
All vetting has been completed, including DAPP with booster, Bordetella, Rabies vaccine, multiple broad spectrum deworming treatments, flea prevention, and a 12-month heartworm preventative injectable. He has also been tested for heartworm.
Training & Support
Like all young puppies, Ranger is still learning about the world. We require adopters to begin crate training immediately upon arrival home, which helps with potty training, confidence building, and developing healthy habits.
