Meet Arlo! This handsome 4-year-old pittie is a well-mannered and friendly boy who was surrendered through no fault of his own. He's incredibly sweet, affectionate, and energetic, always ready for some fun! Arlo loves to play with stuffed animals and tennis balls and is usually found happily occupied with his toys. He knows basic commands and is housetrained, making him a great companion. While Arlo has made tremendous progress in overcoming past resource guarding tendencies, he's eager to continue his journey in a loving forever home. We promised Arlo that the rest of his life would be the best of his life. Could that be with you?

Ideal Home

Arlo is good with other dogs and would likely enjoy a home with canine companions. He is very energetic and playful, so a home that can keep up with his zest for life would be wonderful.

Arlo is neutered and vaccinated.

Training & Support

Arlo knows basic commands and is housetrained. He has a history of resource guarding, but has shown great improvement. Continued positive reinforcement and consistent routines will help him thrive.

Transporation

Arlo is located in South Carolina and is transported to the northeast weekly. Applicants not located along the East Coast should be willing to travel to pick up their pet. We provide local or virtual meet-and-greets with an application on file.
