Meet Dozer! He's a sweet and independent 9-week-old puppy who loves playtime with his siblings but is also happy doing his own thing. Dozer has plenty of puppy energy when he's playing, but he's also content to relax and take it easy, making him a great fit for a moderate to lower-energy home. He's curious, playful, and has been raised around children, doing well with kids. His laid-back personality might make him especially well-suited for a home with older children who appreciate his more relaxed style. Dozer enjoys toys and gets along well with other puppies. He would likely enjoy having another friendly dog in the home to keep him company.
Ideal Home
Dozer would thrive in a home that can offer him a relaxed environment. Given his age, it's important that someone is home more than they are away, as crating him for long periods is not conducive to his developmental needs. If you work outside the home for more than 4 hours, please explain who will be available to spend time with Dozer during that time. Applications without this information will not be considered.
Ongoing Health
Dozer is a 9-week-old puppy and is still learning the ropes. He is working on potty training and stays in a puppy pen when unsupervised. Puppies under 6 months are adopted on a spay/neuter contract, and adopters will be responsible for having them altered when age-appropriate. $100 of your adoption donation will be refunded after you show proof of future spay/neuter.
Training & Support
Dozer needs a family committed to teaching him all the basics as he grows.
