Basil is a bright, athletic 3-year-old gentleman who loves to chase toys. He's clever and enjoys outsmarting the trajectory of a thrown toy, happily sprinting after it with full enthusiasm. After a good chase, he settles into a calm and companionable rhythm. Basil also shows excellent social manners around other dogs, offering polite greetings and remaining relaxed and low-key. He's soft, steady, and respectful when meeting new canine friends and is even tolerant of pushy dogs. Basil is the perfect blend of playful energy and easygoing companionship, a smart and sweet boy who enjoys fun but ultimately just wants to hang out with his people.
