Samba

Hiya friends! My name is Samba, and I'm a beautiful cream Shepherd mix looking for my forever home. I'm a "shortykins" with a medium stature, perfect for someone who loves the German Shepherd look in a smaller package. I'm about 5 years young and have been told I have half-decent manners, but I could definitely use an obedience refresher. My foster mom rescued me from a scary shelter where I was starting to shut down, and now I'm learning what it's like to live in a loving home. I'm a friendly, moderate-energy girl who is house and crate trained.

Ideal Home

I'd do best in a home with teenage or adult humans. While I'm good with large male dogs, I'm not a fan of cats. I don't really care for the high energy of young puppies or rowdy kids. I would do fine as an only dog or with a nice male companion. I'd even be okay in an apartment, condo, or townhome as long as I get proper exercise!

Ongoing Health

All of our dogs are up-to-date on vaccinations, heart-worm testing, and monthly preventatives. I am spayed and ready to go!

Training & Support

I could use an obedience refresher, which will also help us bond. A pro tip: use hot dogs or cheese, and I'll do anything!

I am currently being fostered in Tennessee and am available for transport to the east coast. A transport fee will apply.
