A little about them
Hi, I’m Hattie, a sweet and affectionate 2-year-old Anatolian Shepherd with a gorgeous reverse brindle coat. At 47 pounds, I’m currently underweight and expected to reach approximately 60–65 pounds as I continue thriving in a loving home.
I came from a high-kill shelter in Louisiana and am now fostered in Fort Wayne, where I’m discovering how wonderful life in a home can be. I love people, greet them with a wagging tail, and enjoy affection and attention. I’m gentle, quiet, calm, and have a medium-to-low energy level.
Ideal Home
- A loving home where I can enjoy companionship and affection
- I get along well with other dogs and cats
- I’m happy relaxing with my people and discovering new experiences
Ongoing Health
I’m spayed, microchipped, fully vetted, up to date on vaccinations, and receiving flea and tick prevention. I’m still a little underweight but making progress toward my expected healthy weight of approximately 60–65 pounds.
Training & Support
I walk beautifully on a leash and am house trained. I’m beginning to show interest in toys and am still learning how to play and enjoy the new experiences of home life.
