Meet Lucy Van Pelt, a smart and spirited husky girl with a heart of gold! This 4-year-old, 45 lb beauty is incredibly intelligent and eager to please, especially when treats are involved. She has a loving and devoted nature, quickly forming strong bonds with her people. Lucy's beautiful blue eyes might seem discerning, but she's a true cuddle bug who cherishes her pack. She’s also a vocal communicator, letting out a howl for delicious smells or delayed dinners, but she's a polite hostess who doesn't bark at visitors. Lucy is house-trained and has a wonderful knack for learning.

Ideal Home

Lucy thrives in a home that offers a structured routine with plenty of mental and physical stimulation. She'd be happiest in a household where someone works from home or where she has another dog for company during the day. She enjoys being part of a multi-pet household and has lived harmoniously with a foster sibling and made initial introductions with cats.

Ongoing Health

Lucy is currently healing from a past skin condition, and her skin is looking much better thanks to a healthy diet. She is spayed, microchipped, and fully vaccinated.

Training & Support

Lucy is a quick learner and highly treat-motivated, showing remarkable progress in obedience training. She’s eager to continue learning and would likely excel with continued positive reinforcement.
