Harley

Prepared to be WOOED! Harley is a 1.5-year-old Rat Terrier mix, weighing about 22 pounds, and she is searching for a true forever home. Harley was originally adopted as a puppy, but her family recently made the decision to return her because they no longer have time for her. Now we’re hoping to find her the stable, lifelong commitment every dog deserves. Harley has so many wonderful things going for her! She is housetrained, crate trained, and knows several commands including sit, lay down, shake, and “home” for her kennel. She’s affectionate and absolutely loves being wrapped up in blankets. She has done well around other dogs in dog sitting situations and during visits to dog parks, and she has shown little interest in cats she’s encountered on walks. She also loves kids and enjoys being part of the family. Harley is young, smart, manageable in size, and ready to bond deeply with someone willing to give her the forever home she deserves. She is hoping the next chapter of her life will be with a family committed to loving her forever — through all of life’s busy seasons.

Harley loves kids and enjoys being part of the family. She has done well around other dogs and has shown little interest in cats.
