Happy Taco Tootsday! I’m Pugsley PC, and I’m a 1-year-old Lab/German Shepherd mix with a heart full of hope and a playful spirit ready to blossom. My journey to this point hasn't always been easy, and I can be a little timid around loud noises and fast movements. However, in my loving foster home, I'm discovering that the world can be a wonderful place, especially with gentle hands and tasty treats! I’m a big fan of treats, by the way! I’m also a bit of a cuddle bug and seem to think I’m a lap dog – my foster mom says my size gauge is a smidge off, and I think that’s adorable!

Ideal Home

I thrive with a family that understands my need for gentleness. While I'm wonderful with kids and other dogs, I'm not the best fit for homes with cats. My foster parents have noticed that I'm not a fan of car rides, likely due to my past experiences with fast movements. A patient and loving household where I can continue to build my confidence will be perfect for me!

Ongoing Health

I am neutered and up to date on vaccinations. I'm currently healthy and ready for my forever home!

Training & Support

I'm crate and potty trained, which is a great start! I do have some leash experience, but I get very excited about all the interesting smells out there, so I need a little more practice to perfect my leash manners. I’m quiet and learning to trust, so consistent positive reinforcement will help me continue to blossom.
