Pepper

Pepper is a real sweetheart! This tiny beagle, weighing in around 16 pounds, is estimated to be between 6-8 years old. She's been vaccinated, dewormed, and spayed. Pepper has a unique way of walking, a "glitch in her get-along," which vets believe is likely due to a previous injury, perhaps from being hit by a car and causing a pelvic injury. However, this doesn't seem to slow her down and is not painful to her. She's just a happy little beagle who loves cozy blankets and dog beds.

Ideal Home

Pepper likes everyone and has a lovely temperament. She just wants to please people and would likely thrive in a home that can offer her plenty of love and comfort.

Ongoing Health

Pepper tested heartworm positive and received the PROHEART injection. Her mobility is affected by a past injury, but veterinarians have examined her and do not believe her condition is debilitating or requires medical attention at this time.

Training & Support

Pepper responds to directions well. She is not yet house-trained.
