Meet Oreo! This sweet, seven-year-old lady is a survivor who was rescued from a high-kill shelter in Houston with just minutes to spare. Despite her unknown past, Oreo is a remarkably healthy and well-trained girl who clearly knows the meaning of love. She's blossomed in her foster home and is ready to find her forever family.

Oreo is the ultimate co-pilot, loving car rides and embracing any adventure. She's already mastered house-training and walks beautifully on a leash. Oreo has a wonderful personality, balancing playful bursts of energy with a desire to simply relax by your side. She’s a gentle soul who adores belly rubs and will happily flop over for some affection.

Ideal Home

Oreo would thrive in a variety of homes. She currently lives with dogs and cats and gets along well with them, though she prefers calm companions and isn't a fan of overly energetic dogs. Her ideal evening includes a relaxed walk followed by cozy downtime on the couch.

Oreo is spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, on prevention, and heartworm negative. She's a healthy middle-aged lady.
