Hugo

Hugo is a sweet, gentle giant who is hoping to be your majestic house guardian! This amazing 2-year-old, 80lb boy has blown us away with how nonchalant and easy-going he is. Hugo has taken on the stress of the shelter with a chip off his shoulder! His previous owners surrendered him because he is an escape artist, but they did have a shorter fence than what was needed for his size.

Ideal Home

Hugo is stated to be very playful and friendly with other dogs, and he has absolutely no reactions to seeing other dogs. He has done great meeting people of all sizes and has lots of experience with slightly older children.

Ongoing Health

Hugo is up to date on his annual vaccines, is microchipped, and has been neutered.

Training & Support

Hugo has been a very good walker for our staff and volunteers. While he's already a solid dog, we can't imagine how much better he will be once he's in a comfortable and less stressful environment.
