Bette

Hi there! My name is Bette, and I'm a sweet and calm shepherd mix with beautiful hazel eyes, born around March 1, 2024. I weigh about 55 pounds and am considered a medium-energy girl who loves to be out and about. I came into rescue with my friend Barbara, and while we don't talk about our past, who knows, maybe we're sisters! I'm very smart, quick to learn, and eager to please, making me a joy to train.

Ideal Home

I would love a home that can keep up with my medium energy! While I get along wonderfully with other dogs and would enjoy a canine companion, it's not a requirement. I cannot be placed in a home with cats, as I haven't been tested with them.

Ongoing Health

I'm happy to report that I'm spayed, up to date on all my vaccines, microchipped, and generally healthy!

Training & Support

I'm working on my leash training and am already crate trained, so I'm well on my way to being a polished pup. My intelligence and willingness to please mean I'll pick up new commands quickly with a little patience and positive reinforcement.
