Bagel

Don't let the "senior" label fool you; Bagel still has plenty of pep in his step! This sweet beagle is looking for a family to enjoy his golden years with, and he plans to spend them playing, cuddling, snacking, and soaking up all the love he can get. Bagel is very hard of hearing and can only hear certain high-pitched sounds, but that doesn't slow him down one bit. He's a smart boy who is already learning hand signals and sign language, proving that old dogs really can learn new tricks! He's wonderful with dogs, cats, and kids, making him an easy addition to just about any family. Bagel is affectionate and absolutely loves curling up in bed for a cozy cuddle after a day of adventures. Like any beagle, Bagel is incredibly food motivated (treats are definitely the way to his heart!) and will happily remind you when it's mealtime. In fact, he only really barks when he needs something; whether that's food, a potty break, or a little extra love and attention. Bagel has so much life and love left to give. He's hoping to find someone who sees that senior dogs are truly something special and is ready to make the rest of his story the very best chapter yet. Ideal Home

A home where someone is around often or one with easy yard access would be ideal, as Bagel needs regular access outside to do his business due to his age.
