Penny is heartworm positive, but will be provided with heartworm treatment at no cost to the adopter and will be foster-to-adopt until fully treated and tested negative.

Penny is shy at first but warms up to become affectionate.

• Adoptions require a vet reference, a meet and greet, and a home visit with current pets.
• Applications are processed in the order they are received. Please allow a couple of days for processing as S.T.A.R. Group is run by volunteers.
• The adoption fee includes a microchip, all age-appropriate vaccines, spay/neuter, and current recommended preventions.
